●Contributed in preparing the basic regulations for King Fahd Public Library in Jeddah Province; and also in its working plan. Lately he was appointed a member of its Board of Directors.
● Worked as an Adviser to Al- madinah Organization for Press, Printing and Publishing; where he supervised the restructuring of Al-madinah Newspaper.
● Elected by the Ministry of Higher Education, he represented KSA in the activities of the Regional Session about Intellectual Property Rights sponsored by the Islamic Organization of Education, Science and Culture; held in Kuwait
